The room was nice and clean, with an updated bathroom and a cute balcony. The location was great, close to some really good restaurants and only a short walk from the beach. We also appreciated the free beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the hotel.
The noise! There was a nearby restaurant that played loud music until the early hours of the morning on weekends, and we could hear it from our room.

This hotel in Turks and Caicos exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even when we arrived late at night. Secondly, the room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a spacious balcony to enjoy the Caribbean breeze. Lastly, its location was perfect, just a short walk to the stunning beach at Grace Bay and within easy reach of restaurants and shops. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money and the attention to detail at this hotel. Highly recommended!
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The hotel has a great location with easy access to a gorgeous white sandy beach through a secluded path. Guests can also find many excellent restaurants close by. Despite being on a peaceful street, this hotel is still close to everything one could wish for. the rooms are modern and well furnished with big, newly renovated bathrooms. Guests can expect friendly service and a delicious breakfast. Beach chairs and towels are provided ' convenience.
The lighting in some of the rooms could be better.

During my Thanksgiving stay, the hotel offered free sunscreen and insect repellent in the lobby which was a nice touch. the renovated rooms smelled clean and were spacious. the location of the hotel was great, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away and several nearby restaurants to choose from.
The hotel had a motel feel rather than a boutique hotel, and the staff did not make much effort to make guests feel special. Breakfast was lacking, with only coffee and powdered creamer offered.
